My Love Affair With Tea

Here is my story...I have always wanted my own business.

Through the years I researched, researched, researched, thought about it and researched some more.

What type of business could I have? A franchise or other type of physical based business did not seem right for me.

Should I do consulting work? The should I, can I, do I dare try went on for years. I kept looking.

One day I was drinking my cup of tea and reading an article about doing what you love to do for a business idea.

Yeah, sure, I thought. It all sounds great on paper but work is work and not supposed to be something you love. That is what my mom would say.

I forgot about the article until later in the day while having another cup of tea.

That was my turning point. The light bulb went off, finally! I love tea and anything related to it and wanted to learn more.

I have a teacup I bought while on a tour of Buckingham palace. I have towels with tea cups on them.

There is a puzzle that I put together and framed of all types of tea cups and saucers. The framing cost much more than the puzzle!

There was my passion. Now what?

A traditional store and expense was not a good fit for me. I thought what about the internet?

The idea of this website was born.

I hope you enjoy it and have fun learning about tea as much as I have.
