There has been much written about the potential health benefits of tea. The research has been mixed as to the benefits of drinking tea. Immune system 5. Cancer 6. Obesity 7. Kidney stones As for me, I just enjoy the ritual, flavor, pretty teacups and atmosphere of drinking tea. It makes me happy and that is a benefit for me!
