Tea Party Idea and Creating an Atmosphere
A tea party idea or help with planning I think are always welcome. Especially when you are in charge of hosting a party. There is always to much to do. What to plan? What type of environment do you want? Need a tea party idea? Luckily there are several to think about: 1. Closed Atmosphere 2. Open Atmosphere These are two very different things. Let's take a look at what each one is like. The Closed Atmosphere Let's first discuss the closed atmosphere. It can be easy to host one with this atmosphere in a kitchen or enclosed patio. The idea is to create a nice, warm and cozy environment. You may want to close the curtains to help with this. Some of the things you may need are to enhance the mood of the party environment: 1. Candles 2. Comfortable Seating 3. Music 4. Food 5. Flowers
The type of music you chose will depend on your guests. What would they like to hear? Are they fans of modern, classical or jazz? A mix of all three perhaps? Open Atmosphere This will be a light airy setting. You will not want to close the curtains as you will want the light to pour in. As this is an open environment you could hold your party in the garden. Play some music of your choice in the background. Flowers could be added if appropriate to the look you are trying to achieve. I think the sun shinning down on the party is nice. Especially if it is not to warm outside with a gentle breeze. Another option is to hold your party on a outdoor deck with some sort of covering. This will provide you and your guests shade if it is very warm outside. There are so many ways to host a tea party. This is the splendor of the event. It can be shaped into whatever fits you and your guests. From location, music, food and tea, this is truly a versatile event for any party.
